How It Works

We offer a carefully curated selection of party products, props and decor for hire. Helping you to create atmospheric and unique environments at weddings, events and parties.


Take a look through the PROPS FOR HIRE categories listed to the left. Each prop has a description that tells you all about the item, including dimensions and images of the prop.

Click the + or – buttons to select the quantity you require, then hit ADD TO HIRE LIST.


Once you have finished building your hire list, click the hire list button in the top right corner to review the items on your list. Fill in the details about you and your event then send off your enquiry.

It helps us to know the event location and date so that we can work out costs for delivery in our response to you. Typically we would look to have items with you 1-2 days prior to your event for you to return them 1-2 days after – giving you a total of 5 days hire within our standard prices. If you require longer than this please let us know in the comments section and we can provide a bespoke proposal.

We have a minimum order value of £100.


Using the information provided we will check if the items are available on your date and then send you a fully costed quotation including delivery costs and dates for delivery.


Once you are happy with the listed items in your quotation, let us know and we will firm up the order. We require a 50% holding deposit at the time of booking, the final 50% is due 4 weeks before your event.

We take a refundable damage deposit also and this is dependent on the value of props hired: £150 for all hires up to £500 or 20% of the total hire fee for hires over £500. The deposit must be sent by cheque to us at the address provided 4 weeks before your event, this is then returned to you followed the safe and satisfactory return of our props.


We deliver by standard UK courier at an address of your choiceThe cost of the courier will be quoted to you at the time of booking. Alternatively you can collect and return the item(s) from us in Lancashire by prior appointment.

Should a large volume of props be hired from us we can also arrange van delivery at an agreed rate.


We also arrange a return courier to collect the goods from you at an address of your choice typically 1-2 days after your event. We provide all the required packaging and simply ask you to pack them back up as they were received for their safe return to us.

Once received and checked we return your damage deposit to you.
